How to pay your fees

Find out what options are available for paying fees, levies or any other services charged by Maritime New Zealand.

1. Internet banking or bank deposit

If your invoice is from Maritime New Zealand

On your online banking app or portal, you can either:

  • search for Maritime New Zealand using the biller search tool, or
  • enter the following account number manually:
    03-0558-0142032-000

You will also have to complete the following statement details by referring to the invoice:

Item Details
Particulars Customer number (e.g. 1009)
Code Customer name
Reference Invoice number (e.g. 213854)

If your invoice is from Oil Pollution Fund

On your online banking app or portal, you can either:

  • search for Oil Pollution Fund using the biller search tool, or
  • enter the following account number manually:
    03-0558-0142032-003

You will also have to complete the following statement details by referring to the invoice:

Item Details
Particulars Customer number (e.g. 1009)
Code Customer name
Reference Invoice number (e.g. 213854)

 

2. Credit card or debit card

You can pay invoices or pay for services charged by Maritime New Zealand using your credit card or debit card (see cards below).

Please do not email your card details to us.

 

3. Overseas payments

Overseas payments can be made by an international bank transfer.

Please use the following information when making the payment:

Please make sure that any bank charges, including those of the receiving bank in New Zealand, are paid when making an international bank transfer.
