Due to COVID-19 restrictions at Red and Orange Traffic Light settings, our offices are closed to visitors except by prior appointment.

Please call the relevant Maritime NZ office for the telephone numbers for assistance or to speak to someone to make an appointment.

If you make an appointment, we will ask you to:

  • show us your Vaccine Pass or Ministry of Health exemption
  • scan or sign in
  • wear a mask for the time you are in our office.

These measures are in place to reduce the risk of you and our staff catching or passing on COVID-19. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please call us if you are not vaccinated so we can make alternative arrangements.
