Maritime Rules Part 41
Anchors and Chain Cables
Current version of Part 41
This rule applies to:
- Anchors of 75 kilograms mass or greater, and chain cables with links greater than 12.5mm in diameter for use onboard New Zealand commercial ships.
Part 41 prescribes the requirements for the testing and certification of anchors and cables manufactured in New Zealand and sets out the certification required for acceptance in New Zealand of imported equipment.
