Marine Protection Rules Part 132

This rule applies:
- any person wishing to have an OSCA approved for use in New Zealand (subject to an assessment as to use at the time of an oil spill), and users of New Zealand OSCAs.
The purpose of the Part 132 will be to ensure oil spill control agents (OSCAs) that may be assessed as appropriate for use in an oil spill at sea, have been approved as New Zealand OSCAs. The rules will set out the approvals regime for OSCAs.
