Technical Clarifications
Technical Clarifications are a form of guidance intended to assist surveyors and operators. They often address the Maritime Rules and may also address duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA).
The interpretation contained in technical clarifications is not legal advice and does not replace the Maritime Rules or HSWA.
