Review of the Port and Harbour Marine Safety code

The consultation ran from 15 September to 15 October 2025. The consultation period is now closed and we can accept no further submissions.

We will publish a document outlining trends in the feedback we received and changes we have made in response. We will send copies of the document directly to individuals who submitted feedback to us, and it will be available on the NZ Port and Harbour Marine Safety Code page.
