Briefings list
As part of our ongoing commitment to openness and transparency, on a quarterly basis we proactively release titles of briefing papers that we have provided to either the Minister of Transport or the Associate Minister of Transport.
Briefing to the incoming Minister
We produced a Briefing to Incoming Minister (BIM) following the 2023 general election. The BIM is an introduction to Maritime NZ and the sector we regulate. This document was proactively released. Redactions made to the BIM were made consistent with provisions of the Official Information Act 1982.
