Amendment
This Part was amended by Marine Protection Rules Amendments 2025. These amendments come into force on 1 December 2025.
Part 100 covers the provisions of adequate port waste reception facilities for ship-sourced harmful sub-stances: oil, noxious liquid substances (chemicals), garbage, ozone depleting substances and exhaust gas cleaning residues.
Part 100 gives effect to regulation 38 of Annex I, regulation 18 of Annex II, regulation 7 of Annex V and regulation 17 of Annex VI of MARPOL 73/78.
